Can try the mac near tanjong pagar mrt during after-hours. Almost always empty!

Andand you know the mac near my old house (bee mountain) folded because everyone was studying in it and no one was buying any food! So sad!

I usually go Mac to surf and to chat. Cheapest place to do it. But some Mac outlets are simply too noisy to do any stuff like that at all.

Liang Court Mac is the best!!!
