The Great Singapore Sale ( GSS for short ) is an annual event which started in 2005. Almost everything you can find along the shopping belts of Orchard Road, Marina Bay and even suburban Malls are offering discounts up to 70% off the usual prices. As a result, shopaholics abroad and local will seize this opportunity to grab good deals and star buys . This year, the event starts on May 29th, 2009 and will end on July 26th, 2009.
