The RWS ( Resort World Sentosa ) is finally here, Expect lots of people, lots of new things and lots of hype at our very first Casino, big-name theme park and the world’s largest ocenanarium.
RWS is a $6.59 Billion project by Genting Singapore , and is one of the two IRs to open here in 2010. It will have six hotels, Singapore’s first casino, Universal Studio theme park and the world’s largest oceanarium, of course not forgetting the dozens of shops and restaurants.

The first four hotels to be opened on Jan 20th are (i) Hotel Michael, (ii) Crockfords Tower , ( iii ) Festive Hotel and (iv) Hard Rock Hotel. Of which Festive Hotel has the least expensive room at $400 a night. The most expensive room is at Crockfords Tower, $12,000 a night

The one day theme park weekend pass costs $72 for adults and $52 for children. That is equivalent to almost 7 movie tickets , which you can barely finished in one day during the weekend. You can decide which one is more worth it 
In additional, you can get an express pass for $48 which gives you priority to all the rides. That means the total costs would be $72 + $48 !!

Resort World will also housed the world tallest duelling roller coaster that has Gforces of up to 4.7 Gs! The battlestar Galactica is 42.5m high and is a 87 second ride.

If you have $2000 to spare, you can obtained an annual pass exclusive to the casino.
